RETURNS

 

I gladly accept returns/exchanges on non custom rings. 

 

To initiate a return:  

Contact me within: 5 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery

Please contact enquiries@meitalove.com if you have any problems with your order. I am always happy to try to work something out!

Exchanges for purchases made online must be returned within 7 days of purchase. You will be given a store credit which does not expire and can be used any time.

RING SIZE

I use standard US sizes. Including half and quarter sizes.

To find your size, you can order an online ring sizer or visit a local jeweler store.

 

RING RESIZING

Depending on the production stage, there are changes that are not possible or may cause delays.

The cost of ring sizing varies on the complexity of design

WARRANTY & REPAIRS

All rings include a one-year warranty that covers teeth tightening, re-polishing, polishing and cleaning. While I do not cover the loss of the girls, I will replace any lost side or accent stones. The warranty is voided if another jeweler services the ring. I do not cover loss of nature or serious damage, but I will make every effort to repair if necessary. In addition, I recommend purchasing third party insurance for additional protection 

SHIPPING 

I ship via FedEx/UPS. All items are insured and require a signature upon delivery. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your package ships.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All products are packaged in the United States and shipped safely worldwide. The customer is responsible for any international duties and taxes incurred with the shipment. These fees will vary by country
