Shipping Policy
All pieces are made to order and typically ship within 3 to 4 weeks of your purchase. In-stock pieces will ship within 2 to 5 business days of purchase, with an estimated delivery time of 3-7 days. If the shipping time frame extends beyond this, we will contact you and provide an estimated shipping date.
All United States orders ships at no charge. International orders incur an additional fee for shipping and insurance.
We typically ship FedEx Ground service for most orders; however, we may use other shipping services if necessary to deliver your order as quickly as possible. For special delivery requests and shipping time estimates, please contact us directly.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order’s progress.
Returns
We are happy to offer exchanges or store credit for items shipped back within 10 days from receipt. The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping on returns. Only pieces that are unworn and in the same condition in which they were received are eligible for exchange/credit. Please notify us at  info@meitalove.com if you wish to send your item back.Â
Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items:
We do not accept exchanges for items showing signs of wear, use, or alteration. Special orders and pieces that have been sized, altered, or engraved are also non-exchangeable.
Final SaleÂ
Discounted, resized, altered and customized pieces will be considered final sale and not eligible for exchange or store credit.

we'll be happy to extend free repairs and resizing within 60 days of purchase. Resizing that occurs after the 60 day period will incur a $20 fee. The fee for repairs after 60 days will be determined on a case by case basis. Please reach out to info@meitalove.com to inquire about the cost of your repair.
