Shipping, Taxes & Duties

Shipping within the United States is handled via FedEx. International orders are shipped via DHL. All packages are fully insured at their declared value to ensure the protection of each order.International orders may be subject to import taxes and duties upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price. Shipping fees, taxes, and duties are non-refundable in the event of a return or exchange.

 

Purchase Policy

Each piece is crafted with intention and care. Due to the made-to-order nature of the collection, all sales are final. This includes custom pieces, sale items, and international orders.For any questions or order-related concerns, please contact info@meitalove.com for assistance. 

 

Availability & Ordering

Each piece is handcrafted to order and typically requires up to 2 weeks for production before shipment. The made-to-order process allows every detail to be carefully finished to the highest standard.

Items designated as Ready to Ship are in stock and generally ship within 2-4 business days. In some cases, a final quality inspection or polish may be completed prior to shipment to ensure each piece arrives in perfect condition.

Once an order has been placed, an order confirmation email will be sent automatically. If the confirmation is not received, please check your spam or junk folder.

Should any issue arise with an order, communication will be provided promptly and every effort will be made to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Returns

Each piece is thoughtfully made to order and crafted to be treasured for years to come. Due to the personalized nature of our jewelry, all sales are final. This includes custom pieces, resized items, engraved pieces, and sale items.

Questions or concerns about an order are always welcome. Please contact info@meitalove.com, and assistance will be provided as quickly as possible.

If an order arrives damaged, please contact info@meitalove.com within 5 days of delivery and include:

• Full name
• Order number
• Brief description of the damage
• Clear photographs of the damaged piece

Each request will be reviewed promptly to determine the best resolution.
